Ground floor 1-bedroom apartment
This ground floor 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple or a single person.
The apartment has a spacious living area and kitchen, separate bedroom with king sized bed, a good sized bathroom and a private terrace.
Located the furthest away from the pool so privacy is ensured, yet close enough to mingle if you want to.

The apartment will be available from 15 July 2026 onward.
The monthly rent is 1,195 USD.
This includes:
- high speed fiber optic WiFi with UPS so it continues working even during the five seconds it tales for the back-up generator to kick-in in case of electricity cuts
- utilitarian water and 24/7 hot water
- gas for stove
It excludes:
- electricity (cost depends on use)
- mandatory once a week cleaning (12 USD per cleaning)
- check out cleaning fee (usually 25USD but a surcharge may be applicable if returned dirty)
- optional linen and towel rental
- optional parking spot
- optional 5-gallon drinking water bottles
Spacious middle floor 2-bedroom apartment
This 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple who enjoy their space or a family with one child.
The apartment has a very large living area and kitchen, two bedrooms with each a queen-sized bed, two full bathrooms with each a spacious walk-in shower, and a large private balcony.
The bedrooms have very large cupboard space as well as ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The living area also has ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
The apartment is one floor up and the balcony has a great view on the garden as well as swimming pool.
