Cabarete is lucky to have a perpetual summer climate with lots of wind. It’s not so strange then that Cabarete is known as the watersports capital of the Dominican Republic, with especially kiteboarders and windsurfers loving this spot.
Bahia Residence has placed a wind meter that is connected to WindGuru on Bozo Beach so you can now check out real live wind statistics. The weather station also generates data on temperature, rainfall and cloudcover. With the data WindGuru is also able to produce more accurate wind forecasts based on real data.
